I went to the shooting range with my mom today.
I was looking to buy a Glock 26 or a Glock 34. The salesman recommended test firing a few before making my purchase. So me and my mom rented 3 guns for the indoor range. The Glock 26, 19, and 34. The Glock 26 is as good and accurate and reliable as the best but,... while it's a compact that can boast being able to fire 10 9mm rounds what they don't tell you about is just how difficult and painful it is to try to squeeze 10 rounds into the small magazine. It really fucked up my nails. The Glock 19 wasn't as difficult to squeeze the rounds in and proved to be reliable and had good aim. The Glock 34 was surprisingly disappointing in that even though it was accurate it jammed on multiple occasions with the bullet getting abnormally lodged in the chamber. I would then have to eject the magazine and rack the slide back to unjam it. It kind of worried me. They said that polymer made guns jam if you don't grip them tight enough or if they aren't cleaned properly. At the end though I couldn't make my purchase of the Glock 19 because even though I had my drivers license and my FSC (Firearms safety certificate) I did not have my car registration, and you need all three to make the purchase. But at least I know which one is better now.
