I can't click on 'news,rumors gossip'. One of the new features.

Third that. It appears that that link became unclickable. It is probably a website glitch of sorts.

It's a subsection of General Discussion. There is a tab at the top of the list of threads that will switch you from the discussion threads to "news, rumors, gossip ".
