Who are some of the worst mainstream actors and actresses that keep landing big roles despite their utter lack of talent?

The biggest culprit for me is Marion Cotillard. Somehow she keeps landing lead female roles across the biggest actors (Leo, Pitt), but she's very one dimensional and completely unattractive.

Dominic Purcell (from Prison Break) is also up there on my list. He's like a big brain dead gorilla that yells and screams over everything.

Special mention for Harrison Ford...who is often extremely wooden. His doughy performance in WORKING GIRL is probably the laziest star turn I've ever seen.

I'm never sure how I feel about him. He is terrible in Working Girl but very good in Witness. I think an actor's performance depends a lot on the director. Harrison Ford has worked with some great directors and with the best scripts and casts. He's not my favorite but he's been in some great movies.

His early films like Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison were funny but he started going downhill at Little Nicky and never recovered.

Meryl Streep and Jennifer Lawrence. Always insufferable Oscar bait.

Oh yes, these two get praised as legends but are the most frozen actresses known to man. Despite not being able to show a modicum of emotion, they somehow end up winning Oscars and awards.

The only movie with Streep in it that I really like is The Deer Hunter, mostly because she's barely in it. I've never liked Lawrence and what really sucks is that I'm from Kentucky and everyone acts like she's our star. She left this place when she was a kid and has rich as hell parents. Harry Dean Stanton is probably the best actor to ever come from Kentucky but hardly anyone around here even knows who he is.

Ruby rose,not until she was cast in the final chapter,i didn't know she even existed,after that,she gets a contract in john wick 2.In my opinion she didn't impressed me so much.

A: In the Capital One Credit Card commercial just a few minutes ago.

Hahaha spot on my friend. I cringed when I saw him in Kong a few weeks ago.
