I find most women attractive regardless of background. At the same time when I was single I found Japanese women interesting. And it is true that personality will up the rating. There are women I knew that were extremely hot but not worth knowing and women that were average that you had trouble walking away from. True story in that a BMOC (big man on campus) while at junior college dumped his ultra hot girlfriend for a girl a lot more ordinary in looks. The reason most people knew about is the hot girl thundered to anyone and everyone who would listen (and few that probably were not listening if the truth be told).
