All their posts are either deleted or edited to be "-". Did they give up on the site and just decide to leave, destroying all their previous posts? Did anyone "talk" with them recently?
I had some nice online conversations with them... but now it just looks like I was talking to myself.

9 had 1235 posts before apparently deleting all of them one by one a week ago (except for one).
And if 1235 posts isn't enough to be considered an active member, then I'd like to know what is.

So why delete 1235 posts if he's coming back soon? What is he trying to hide?
Also, in the thread where Jim asked who wanted to be a moderator, 9 was the second one to volunteer.
So I think you're on to something CactusPants. He's either been in training for a week or lurking around hoping we would forget all about him (or both).
Maybe he didn't want people to call him out on his movie/tv preferences or past comments.
You are maybe on to something here guys! To me it is a great mystery why 9 would delete all his posts and threads, even if he got a bit tired of it all or even had enough of the site altogether (which would also be puzzling as 9 was very enthusiastic about the forum).
But if you wanted to avoid trolls comparing your mod-posts to your old ones and figure out your identity? Hmm.. Could it be?

It's like Nina(or should I say ninea) from Point Of No Return.
9 gets a phone call at 3 AM saying: "troll alert, you know what to do"
9 tiptoes into the bathroom, splashes some water onto his face, opens his laptop, and hits "ban".
It's all he knows now and he can't go back to his old account...not now..not ever.
