Two excellent questions. No clue.
Recreational pilots make the same error Ford made recently without issue. No harm came of it, and you only know about it because he's famous. The Ryan issue wasn't really his fault. Engine problems happen. Again, you only know about because he's famous.
Beatty is not harmful.
