Ok need help with this scene from a british soap

This scene has haunted me for a few years and I know it's from some british soap but i don't know which one.

They went into this house looking for people and there was this woman (i think) that was under the floor boards and she was still alive i think. But as she was under the floorboards they didn't see her. It might have been a hospital show or something. Idk.

Any ideas?
