I think you have good ideas. You should do some sounds in post, like the door shutting, etc. instead of the actually sounds, it will add production value to your film. and add her dialouge later, have her say all her lines and then have her say them on a microphone in closet and sync up the lines. it takes time but if you dont have any boom mics, a lower sound quality can hurt your film. but as said before, you have good ideas.
