Left or right-leaning, everybody should be against a president influencing anything to do with the film industry of any nation.
Interesting that "leftists are not going to like this" would be the first reaction of anyone.
Let's hope they survive to do their role though, considering 2/3 of them are older than average male life expectancy in the U.S. and the youngest one will rather treat illnesses with what may work instead of what we know works. We can not be so sure they are still with us in 3 years.

Some Celebrities influencing elections to a certain degree is nothing new. It will always happen.
But 1 president/prime minister of any western country influencing the film industry is not something that is wanted or normaly happens in the majority of western countries. I am pretty sure we can agree on that.
Hollywood desperately needs an intervention to root out the cancer of woke that has ravaged the town and poisoned almost every movie it shits out. I’d be in full support of a President making that necessary intervention and turning Hollywood back into the thriving non-woke industry it once was, when studios actually respected the intelligence of the audience and tried to make a quality product audiences would enjoy.
