Companies dumping failed DEI programs

Past couple of months several companies have reduced or eliminated DEI programs.

Here’s a liberal site griping about it:

I suspect they felt pressured to include them under Biden and are kicking them to the curb now that Trump is returning, or they did it as a PR move but realized it didn’t help sales enough to continue it.

Now if only Hollywood would pull their heads out of their butts and do the same.

I’d like to start watching films and shows again without sledgehammer lessons on social politics.

But why would they do this? It doesn't make any sense given that flimflam has proven, using geometric logic, that these programs are a net benefit to all who embrace them.

You mean where you still have yet to show how reversing D E I will make an organisation stronger, a better place to work and more reflective of the population at large - and where you called Diversity something "natural"?

I don't need to show anything. It was you who've championed the quantifiable benefits of diversity. You claimed these very same companies now jettisoning thenprograms were the ones touting them not many months ago. Something doesn't add up.

I am sure that was the case; as was the fact that DEI is a strength in a company not a negative, It is not certain that rolling it back will be. Also American companies will still have to apply with UK and EU laws.
