The title of your thread sounds more dramatic than the actual title itself. I clicked on the link and the title of META said " Leaked META Rules: Users are Free to Post "Mexican Immigrants are Trash" or "Trans People are Immoral" and said 0 about Immigrants being grubby pieces of shit. That was YOUR perception

Hate speech such as that may only be permitted in the US. Facebook will still have to abide by EU and UK laws in this area as the government has just re iterated.
