The Democrats of CA are responsible for this. Complete and utter mismanagement of resources, it's almost hilarious...but it's not.
My heart goes out to all that may suffer for their failed politicians.
You live a multi-million dollar mansion, pay God knows what in property taxes and your hydrants are dry. Brilliant. The bubble has finally popped. Catastrophic democrat failure for all to see.

Apparently the ones now cheering that the rich lost part of their wealth cannot be all that far to the right, their comments allow the conclusion they are located way to the left of Democrats, they just vote for right wingers against their own interest.
It's even worse when most of these people will continue voting for the same politicians.
