Trump thinks its very important to demonstrate how big and strong he is by yanking people's hands around and "dominating" them to show he's in control .

He does this so over the top the desired effect is lost and it makes just him look like an arrogant playground bully asshole with no sense of balance ,tact or diplomacy compensating for an inferiority complex
