Zuckerberg’s Meta Donates $1 Million to Trump’s Inauguration After Trump Threatens Zuckerberg With Life in Prison

Putin and Saudi Prince engage in similar extortion.

reply

Tech giants that knowingly and willingly censor the speech of half the population in favor of the other half should have consequences. Facebook, Twitter, Google/YouTube, etc., should all be held accountable.

reply

Those are private companies, therefore they can have standards of conduct to avoid lawsuits WITHOUT government interference like MC has. In other words, CraigC is not allowed to bully a young teen leading to their suicide.

Meanwhile, the U.S government (both parties) is attempting to force the sale of privately-owned TikTok because some American influencers spread information not condoned by the U.S. government. That's dangerous, government overreach and true censorship!!!

You believe that politicians should be allowed to threaten private businessowners for money or be allowed to ruin their business or use their power to imprison innocent entrepreneurs. Is that your official position?

reply

Do you believe that the government should be able to outsource censorship and push knowingly false narratives to those very same companies in order to do an end around on the First Amendment, such as happened during Covid?

reply

You don't support the polio vaccine?

reply

Those “private companies” aligned themselves with the Biden regime to overthrow a president.

reply

Trump cheated and still lost. What a loser!

reply

Score....board....!

reply

Pretty much this.

reply

I wont even research this and make a prediction that this is all hyperbole and massivly misconstrued. Considering the source.

reply

well , i did some googling for you .
Seems he definitely donated $1m , though wether it was to stay out of jail seems unlikely , theres this though:

Trump wrote in a book published in September that Mr Zuckerberg would "spend the rest of his life in prison" if he tried to intervene in the 2024 election.

pretty wild eh? Trump "wrote in a book"

reply

It's actually more wild that the government was able to flout restrictions on suppressing free speech while pushing propaganda under the pretense that it was all just coming from Facebook.

Zuckerberg may or may not have broken laws while colluding in the COVID-19 situation and the 2020 election, but such a trivial detail is coming to mean less and less when it's clear that a system that be exploited in such a way while "innocence" is maintained deserves little regard.

reply

One million to these people would be like most of us throwing a 50 dollar bill into a birthday card. It surely didn't mean much to either of them and almost certainly wasn't enough to constitute get out of jail money.

reply

$50 in a birthday card is a lot of money.

Kissing Trump's ring = $1 million

reply

You think that a measly $1M was enough to keep his treasonous ass from Gitmo? lol ... that donation had nothing to do with it.

Think of that $1M as his "entrance and dining" fee at MaL.

reply

You support criminality and extortion. No surprise.

$1 million = Kissing Trump's ring.
Very mafioso

reply

With Facebook's current evaluation of $1.58T I think Zuckerberg can probably afford it. Maybe the left wing prefer the money to be better spent on more woke projects like puberty blockers and trannie toilets?
