From 0-10 how clever is my idea?

My idea is for anyone in Davidson county NC who believes in individual liberty to when they see a member of the school board out in public to go up to them and say just two words, ILLEGAL ALIENS!

In terms of cleverness, I’d rate it a 6. However, as an idea, it’s a solid 10, and I’d absolutely encourage others to do it. The school board members should be punished for their wokeness. Make them uncomfortable.

Why say and not scream to their face? Why not fill the school's walls with STOP ILLEGAL ALIENS tags?
