What should be the minimum prison sentence for cops who falsely arrest people for making false rape allegations?

Ideally, if you are being sexually harassed, you should at some point utter the word "no" or attempt to remove yourself from the situation. Not let it escalate until you are giving head in the bathroom.
shareThat does not justify the cops falsely accusing her of making a false allegation.
shareI believe she felt violated. I believe she felt pressured. I believe the guy was a thirsty creeper with no self-restraint, and didn't care that she was uncomfortable. Unfortunately, that is a normal sexual dynamic. Usually, average-looking guys who get laid employ some sort of passive coercion. They aren't mind readers, so they just apply pressure until the woman either gives in or they get a clear "no". If I'm treating the woman as an adult, she needs to stop stimulating his libido and accepting unwanted attention. She has no grounds to claim she was assaulted. She probably shouldn't be prosecuted, but rape allegations have serious, life-destroying consequences for the accused. I won't say that a false allegation should never be prosecuted, it depends how much of it was a lie, and how much the cancel culture was stirred up in their actual life. We are on a sweaty, slippery slope, and I'm willing to bet the articles omitted a lot of information.
shareIt definitely should be more time than Lieutenant Michael Byrd got for murdering Ashli Babbit.
shareAshli Babbitt is still alive. Her death was faked. If you watched Babbitt's "death" video and you still believe she is dead you are either a stupid person or you are a psychopath who goes along with manipulation even if the manipulation is obvious manipulation.
