Trump back on the Colorado ballot
Didn't expect it to last but democrats don't give a shit about the constitution or fair elections. You still don't believe in voter fraud? Suck it.
shareDidn't expect it to last but democrats don't give a shit about the constitution or fair elections. You still don't believe in voter fraud? Suck it.
shareIts well known that demorats hate the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. They have said many times they would prefer a one party system.
shareHe is not back on the ballot, it just means there is a stay in the decision while the legalities get sorted out.
share- Trump was accused of insurrection and acquitted by the senate (the double jeopardy principle overrules any proceeding accusations).
- The President is not an officer of the United States covered within the disqualification provision of section three of the 14th-Amendment. The 14th Amendment only disqualifies those who serve in specific roles.
A. He was impeached for his actions that day. The Senate vote doesn't wipe that away.
B. The 14th Amendment bars those who previously took oaths to support the Constitution and have engaged in insurrection from holding office, so he absolutely isn't disqualified by that very simple definition.
C. Fuck him!
A. The Double Jeopardy clause says otherwise.
B. Trump was never a congressman, state legislator, or state officer, Section Three applies to him only if he was an “officer of the United States.” The Constitution makes very clear that the President is not an officer of the United States.
C. Facts are Facts; Cope and Seethe.
Lol when your defense of someone comes down to technicalities and legal clauses rather than whether or not they did it, you know your on extremely shitty ground morally speaking.
shareDid the protesters use guns, rifles and take anyone hostage? Yes or No?
shareGuns? Yes
Rifles? Yes
Hostages? No, because they couldn't find Mike Pence. Called for his head all the same though.
Show me where the protesters pointed their guns and rifles.
shareOkay I'll be fair. Nobody was arrested mid riot had a gun on them, yet numerous people who were there were arrested same day or later and had a ton of weapons.
https://www.npr.org/2021/03/19/977879589/yes-capitol-rioters-were-armed-here-are-the-weapons-prosecutors-say-they-used
All you had to do was answer "No" to my initial question.
Btw, I clearly asked if they "use", not if they "had".....leftoids using words to twist the narrative as usual.
It wasn't an insurrection and anyone who says it was is a liar and/or a fool.
An impeachment without a conviction is meaningless. Except that it exposes the democrat witch hunt you fucks ignore.
Dude we live in a world of double-think where Trump supporters are simultaneously idiots that can't tie a shoe AND the most cunning warriors ever created that can overthrow the USA unarmed.
shareAnd they think they're the smart ones!
shareI mean this is much the same as to how you guys talk about Biden.
shareThat is not the finding of insurrectioned used, and the impeachment was a political finding, not a criminal finding.
It would be ridiculous to claim that the Founders decided that every government office EXCEPT THE PRESIDENCY would need protection from insurgents, it is just not specifically mentioned - it is mentioned generally.
A majority on both sides think it would be better to move on from the insurgent Donald Trump.
The one keeping people from voting for who they want for President IS DONALD TRUMP and his mobilization of the IOA ... the Idiots of America. Thanks to Republican cuts in education the country have been stupified, or should I say Republicanized from the bottom.
the impeachment was a political finding, not a criminal finding.
But up to each state.
shareBased on hyperpartisan political opinions. That is election interference and anti-Democratic.
shareWhen you love Trump so much ... you should go invest in some of his businesses.
shareThe highest court in the country is about to throw water on every liberal around when Trump ends up staying on all the ballots and it's determined it's a violation of the 1st Amendment rights to keep him off.. I simply don't understand why it's such a big deal to keep him on the ballot and then vote him off the right way??
shareBecause they know he will win.
shareI mean that's the only reason it could be
shareOr...it's because people should be held accountable for their actions, and having an army of pissed off cultist who will flip the fuck out when consequences are handed down shouldn't change that!
There's a reason all this shit is unprecedented, and it isn't because the Dems only just now had a great idea for axing a political opponent. It's because Trump is a unique piece of garbage who's committed a shit ton of crimes out in the open, which would normally end a political career all on their own, but somehow Trump acolytes just don't seem to care.
and it isn't because the Dems only just now had a great idea for axing a political opponent.

All you got are these pathetic childish name-calls.
Makes sense to me.
Trump Be Gone!
I hear that he has had a major shit-stinkage problem
since all the way back on Celebrity Apprentice.
People who worked with him said that he stunk like a
perfumed sewer.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3kqlyF9KpQ
They used to have people allocated to taking Trump to
a back room and changing his diaper and wiping him
down. Some guy on the show has the nick-name wiper
because he had that unpleasant job. I wonder if Trump
had him killed so he could not testify to just how stinky
he was.
Melania won't come hear him anymore. DJT is a really
senile old man who never could perform as President or
get things done and now all he wants to do is to make
America pay for realizing he is such a fraud. And his
supporters must be massive America-haters to want to
stick us with this bowel movement of a President.
One sneaky video of that would knock Trump out forever.
So, terrified of him winning.
shit ton of crimes out in the open
He is back on the ballot. The bitch that removed him put his name back in the pot.
shareDont suppose you want to provide a link for that? Because the only thing I see on breaking news is how Trump smells like a combination of ass and ketchup!
shareJust search for “Trump back on ballot in Colorado”, and while you are at it, you should also read the PDF-petition for it available at The Washington Post.
shareWhy do we have to spoonfeed everything to you halfwits?

Provisionally. I expect, eventually, he will be returned to the ballot via the supreme court. But if they refuse to hear it (unlikely), or rule in favour of it (unlikely) he's off the ballot.
shareOn the ballot, you were wrong and obviously never bothered to look. Dumbass.
Just crawl back into your UK hole and mind your own business. Don't you have a life?
That says the GOP is appealing the ruling to the SC, which we already knew. It doesn't mean he's back on the ballot. He's still off as of now!
He is back on the ballot until the SC ruling.
shareNo he isn't genius. As of now, he isn't on the ballot. If the Supreme court hypothetically decided not to even hear the case, he'd still be off the ballot. The only way he's back on is if they rule in his favor.
shareHe is temporarily back on the ballot until the SC rules a permanent stay.
Did you read any of the articles and/or the petition? Apparently not.
What is your source for this? I expect he will be via the supreme court, but not yet.
shareEven CBS reports it, fucking retards.

They know, but when their lying and denying becomes too obvious, they gaslight.
shareEverything they have done, including these desperate attempts to keep him off the ballot is not only election interference but irrefutable proof of how far they went to railroad his administration and steal an election.
Not only are their attempts backfiring but they are also exposing themselves.
