Remember, None of Us Are Mind-readers
I think occasionally there's an assumption that we must all be able to read one another's minds, and that we should never ask questions of one another.
Sure, we should all be more thoughtful and considerate of one another, and make attempts to empathise and understand other people, even before we speak to them, but ultimately, we're all just humans, and none of us can be 100% sure how a person will feel before we ask them a question.
Am I wrong?
