shareIt's not really gender that's the issue here. I've seen plenty of good female leaders. It's when they are LIBERAL or left-leaning, that's when they suck at running things, particularly if they make it about "getting back at the patriarchy" instead of actually focusing on what's important.
The few I've had the misfortune of either encountering firsthand, or seeing from afar, are very stupid, egotistical, weak in personality, cannot handle having their egos being dented even a little, love being the center of attention, and they see anyone emotionally stronger than them as a threat, particularly if it's conservative women, never mind alpha males.
