Democrats criticize Israel all the time. Whites are criticized all the time. Christians are ridiculed all the time.
Blacks, Muslims and the alphabet people all get a pass no matter how fucked up they are.
Because the Israeli lobby offers too much financial benefit for a majority of politicians.
Somehow, the Israeli lobby has fooled Christians into thinking Palestinians are anti-Christian, when Palestinians have been holding the Christian key in Jerusalem for millennia.
That's no easy feat.
The only real difference between Palestinian Islam and Christianity is Palestinians called the third prophet Muhammed and Christians called him Ahmad. Moses being the first, Jesus the second.
To the Israelites, they were all false prophets except for Moses.
You can get some of the fake megachurches to go along with it, but you can't get real Christian fundies like Rick Wiles to side with Ashkenazis over Palestinians. No way, no how.
