I wouldn't be surprised if he does run and win again - after all that we've witnessed, nothing is surprising anymore. There were many people that voted for Trump last time and he still has a great amount of devoted followers.

It was only needed to start the 14th. Trump's already holding his imaginary Office of the Former President as if he thinks he can still command anything for being a former president. At most he'll still have his secret service detail and does receive intel briefings which I think would be wise to stop giving it to him.
