Composing symphonies, concertos, operas, ballets, string quartets. It's culture, though, not genetics. Just as white people are perfectly capable of doing jazz and blues if they put their minds to it, people of non-white lineage are also perfectly capable of creating these things I mentioned above, however:

White people are superior in a few ways:

1) life expectancy beats that of blacks and latinos (beaten by some asians however)
2) less likely to end up in jail than other races
3) more likely to have created a stable environment for their children than blacks
4) more likely to have kids who will excel academically than non asian races

That's whites today.

Whites for the past 300 years have smashed it out of the park. Every major scientific, medical and technological advancement/breakthrough has been their doing.

If someone clicked their fingers 300 years ago and every white person died, the world would not have progressed at all.
