There’s plenty of skepticism on social media from both sides saying this is a lie from the most infamous con man of the 21st century. He really doesn’t have COVID but concocted this to take attention away from his taxes, his SC nominee, the bad economy, hiss support for white supremacy, and his disastrous debate.
Could be. I don’t trust anything he says, so until there’s more solid evidence it remains to be seen if it’s true.
I have considered that possibility. I think it is real though because other White House staffers have also contracted it. There will no doubt be a lot of medical people involved who will be checking him and running tests so there would need to be a large number of people involved to pull off a hoax like this.

Now I can see him trying to use this to garner pity votes from gullible halfwits. If anything this is further proof showing what a colossal fuckup of a disaster his administration has been responding to the pandemic. Trump downplayed the virus on purpose and mocked people for wearing masks. He brought this upon himself.

shareI just heard Michael Moore on it and it's making our side nervous. What if whether or not he actually has it he uses it to postpone the election and/or make Pence acting President who will issue a full pardon for him and his crime family. Is this his fake news October Surprise? Whenever I think Trump can't get lower he goes lower. That said I find it hard to believe he would say he has Covid when he doesn't, especially because it's easily verifiable with tests, etc. We're going to see the biggest s---show for the next month, we can't even imagine! But many of us including me have voted already, so whatever happens, the votes are being cast with Biden clearly in the lead.

No, he's saying he has COVID because the news supposedly leaked that he did and this isn't an easy thing to hide. He's trying to get out ahead of it, claim he had "the bigliest mild symptoms" and use it as fodder for why COVID is being "overblown". "See? It was like a cold. A mild--very mild cold. Nothing to worry about!".
Trust me--he'll try to spin this into something.
Regardless of what he says, his supporters--on this board and off--will have their knee pads ready to kiss his ass and automatically agree with/cheer one whatever he says like always.
