Werner Herzog says the last few Bond villains have been weak...

This includes Mads Mikkelsen, Javier Bardem, and Christoph Waltz.

He feels he would make a stronger Bond villain.

I'll admit that he looks the part. I've only seen him in JACK REACHER and he had a chilling screen presence.
