Bond's uncle is an inspired idea.

Beautiful Pepper daughter (in Daisy Dukes) is the Bond Girl. Maybe Miley Cyrus or Taylor Swift could be cast there AND do the title song.

"Kissin' cousins" is a phrase dropped in the dialog.

And it all so obviously leads into the Samuel L. Jackson suggestion.
