I strongly feel that Benedict Cumberbatch or Henry Cavill would be perfect to play the role of James Bond. Now that they have rebooted the series, they can have the current Bond retire and someone else can assume the code name of Bond.

shareCumberbatch is like a more intense, somewhat sinister David Niven. Pretty much exactly Fleming's vision for the role.
Cavill sucks as Superman and was so-so in what was supposed to be his big "Bond audition" in Man From UNCLE. He looks like the cinematic Bond archetype but is not nearly charismatic enough for the role.
