These are probably my fourth and fifth favorite Bond villains, behind OHMSS Blofeld, Silva, and Trevelyan. Despite that, this really is the premier matchup in terms of classic and iconic villains. It feels like the two of them and OHMSS Blofeld should have been the final.
Blofeld wins for me.
