woman trying to get pregnant

A woman ends up with three men in a car after some kind of - as I remember it - man-hunt with gangsters from which the four have luckily made their escape. Being asked by one of the men what she's up to next in life she says she is going to have a baby. In lack of a boyfriend, she asks if one of the men would maybe like to father her child. One of them does and they disappear behind the next corner (somewhere in the wilderness that is) under the disbelieving and jealous eyes of the other two men. No sex-film, more of a gangster movie. I think French, def. European, must be from 80ies or 90ies or even go back to the seventies. Could be with Lino Ventura in it, but not sure about that one. Definitely the general type of a Ventura film. Thanks for reading.
