What's the OTHER version of Star Command? (1996 unsold pilot)

I have a vivid memory of another version of Star Command (aka "In the Fold"), a 1996 unsold pilot that aired on UPN.

But I have been completely unable to find out anything about it!

I remember seeing it years ago and realizing it was the same story as Star Command (which Youtube now has a beautiful version of) but I've never been able to locate a shred of data about it.

Does anybody else remember this completely different version of Star Command?

Is that the one where some military ship with trainees aboard get stranded with the officers dead, and the trainees having to fight enemy ships by themselves?
