New classic film thread

What are some of your favorite films from the Golden Age of Hollywood? (meaning, say, the 1920s through to the mid-sixties, before the Hays Code became obsolete).

Mine would include: Casablanca; Foreign Correspondent (Hitchcock); Duck Soup (the Marx Brothers),; She Done Him Wrong (Mae West); To Have and Have Not, The Big Sleep and Dark Passage (Bogie and Bacall); North by Northwest; The Thief of Bagdad (the 1924 version with Douglas Fairbanks and Anna May Wong); The General (Buster Keaton); and A Hard Day's Night.

Those are just off the top of my head.
