Searching for a movie title. A bootcamp comedy movie.

Hello, Im looking for a movie where the story is about a bootcamp for young people where a lot of comic situations happen. But this movie is not Major Payne. I remember a situation where a guy was walking into the bushes and have seen a bear. Then he laughed and said "bear". But then he realised this is a real bear and started to scream "a beaar!" and running but hit with his head something and got unconscious! Another scene, two people driving in a car and almost crashed into a valley, but luckily there was another hill on the other side where they safely landed. After that they realised that this makes a lot of fun and jumped back and forth from one hill to other.
