Looking for the name of a film from the 1990s
Movie has to do with some advanced aircraft and a female pilot takes one but is stopped by the male lead pilot on a similar plane by flying ahead of her and burning the cabin on her plane with the turbine of his own plane.
They are black planes the bad female pilot is on her way to do something bad I can't remember what but the guy catches up to her in a similar plane and then burns the cockpit of her plane to stop her. At the end of the movie he lands the plane in the middle of a city of something.
