I only remember two lines-can someone PLEASE tell me the name of this movie?

This movie had I think it might have been:

Uma Thurman?

and either:

Geddy Watanable--or--Yuji Okumoto(Karate Kid 2)--or--Brian Tochi (Police Academy 3 and some others I think).

Anyway not sure about the whole movie but basically an attractive woman of wealth (I think it's Uma Thurman but not entirely sure) is waited on hand and foot by her Asian servant/butler/pool boy/hired help. She has the hots for him and wants to have sex with him. He feigns igorance and pretends to know NO ENGLISH . On a play on words from the movie "Lawrence of Arabia", the asian servents only words of english are "No effendie" as the rich woman propositions the asian servent in a variety of different ways. Each time she said "What about this--or that?" and he refuses her advances by saying "No effendie". Then? After she runs out of ideas..she loses her temper and says something to the effect of "What if I gave you ONE MILLION DOLLARS in cash to sleep with me?"..and *just when you think he's about to say* "no effendie"??

He pauses and then goes "A million and a half!!" and then proceeds to basically give away the fact (from other things he says) that he KNEW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH ALL ALONG!!!!"

LMAO!! One of the funniest comedy/dramas I've ever seen..ever!
