Weird 90's cartoon with 2 men wearing bull masks

I've got this strange cartoon stuck in my head that brings me some nostalgia to my childhood. It was in the early 90's that I saw it (on a small CRT TV). Not sure if it was a movie or TV show but I'll give some details that I can remember.

It involved two men that could possibly be brothers or friends. They looked like jacked up men that could possibly be wrestlers or muscle men. They both put on these masks that looked like bull head masks that wrestlers could possibly wear and I think they yelled out loud when they did.

I think there were two antagonists that were anthropomorphic goats which were trying to entice one of the brothers to leave the other one and join the two goat men. Eventually the brother saved him and prevented him from joining the goat men and they reunited by the end. I think by the end of the show they both put on their bull masks and yelled before the credits rolled.

I've been on google trying to shuffle through various websites to find this particular cartoon without success.

Fred Flintstone & Barney are members of the Water Buffalo Lodge. The goat men might be from a rival lodge trying to get them to join it.

Hi thanks for that answer but I don't think it's the one I'm thinking of. The one I can remember had a slightly darker tone while remaining relatively kid friendly. I think the goats that I mentioned were actually more like centaur styled creatures. My memory might be so distorted that I could be way off base.

There was a Japanese anime series called Saint Seiya which had ancient Greek mythology as a theme (the goat-men you mentioned might have been satyrs from the myths). It ran from 1986 to 1989 and could have been repeated in other countries during the 1990s. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Seiya
