A television movie about a babysitter who is secretly recorded causing trouble in a house

This television movie might be from the nineties. A girl named Kate, who is approximately twelve, babysits a male toddler. If I remember correctly, then the small child is injured because Kate invites a group of friends to the house where she is working without the parents' permission, and the boys get rowdy. She tells the toddler's mother that the injury has occurred when she has turned around to grab the kid's juice cup. Its possible that something is damaged in the home, too. Later, the boy's parents discover the truth when they play a tape from a camcorder that has been hidden in the house. The mother shows Kate's father the tape, explaining that she has meant to record another babysitter, not the man's daughter. Kate gets in to extreme trouble with her father, and I think that she has red hair.
