Need to know movie title for kidnap movie

Movie where a girl is kidnapped and camera's kind of catch the car that they think gave her ride before she went missing. and i know she was kidnapped by a man i believe to be a cop and has a locked mans layer room his wife doesnt go to in his basement and his wife knows the girl is there i believe. and detectives are trying to find him. if im not mistaken she was drunk and an ambulance guy goes to stops and doesnt give her a ride home. any help would be aprreciated

What year did you see this movie, and at the time was it a new release or something older? Was it a theatrical release, or made for TV?

This sounds like the plot to series 1 of the TV series Slasher. The last few episodes.
