An Episode from a show I cannot remember

I believe this was aired on the Scifi back in the early/mid 2000s. I remember the episode from this show dealing with a window at an apartment building (I think it was an apartment building) that many people were gathering around and staring up at. The police were eventually called and when they inquired about why they were starring at the window they were told they could see God or Jesus in the window. A bright image of him. Though not everyone could see this including the police. They investigated the room in the building and they could not find anything unusual about the window or the occupant who lived there. They were at a loss as to what these people were seeing.

They decided to remove the window and replace it with another one thinking this would get rid of the image people were seeing. While they were doing this, the window accidentally dropped out of their hands and feel below to a passing teenage strolling his grandparent in a wheelchair. The glass hit them and when the police rushed down to check on them, they were miraculous unharmed even though the glass hit them directly and was shattered all around them (they too had also seen the image in the window as well I think). After this happened, the crowd said they could no longer see the image and began to disperse. The episode ends without an explanation as to what it was they saw.

I know I remember seeing this on TV and it is was not on Night Visions. Any ideas?
