Help ID'ing Four Films?

All 4 are somewhat vague. Sorry. Any help ID'ing any appreciated!!

Film 1

I only remember one scene-- a guy in a suit, who is a professional of some sort, maybe in finance, is at a bar and the bartender either hasn't shown up, or is fired, or has to leave unexpectedly. Our guy tended bar when younger, so he removes his jacket, climbs behind the bar, grabs a towel and goes to work. He's so good, everyone wants him to quit his high-falutin' job and bartend permanently.

Film 2

Hong Kong movie. Only scene I remember is the good guy, wearing jeans, a beater, a vest, and a sport coat, is drugged by the bad guy and has guns duct-taped to his hands and set loose in a crowded area. I think the bad guy wanted the good guy, who I think was a cop, to murder innocent people.

Film 3

Might be same as film 2. Also from HK. Final scene is two cops who were the victorious heroes of the film, one from China, one from HK, meeting and one suggesting they work together and adding something like "in a year we'll be together anyway," referencing the upcoming 1997 return of HK to China.

Film 4

Some kind of hideout or military base. Guy mentions to another that there are dead bodies outside they can't retrieve bc it's too dangerous. One is still hanging from a barbed wire fence where he died, and his comrades can't bring him inside. Might be monsters involved. Zombies?
