Minor scene, probably some sort of hitman or action movie. Basically this minion of the boss did something stupid and the boss asks him "take step to the right". Then he shoots him and his blood splash all over the white painting. Then two other minions take the painting and assumed they gonna wrap it and put it on display somewhere.

shareNo. It was more comic scene I think, in fairly new movie. Probably 2005+... The reason why the boss asks this person to take a step to right is because the empty painting is behind him and he wants his blood to splatter intentionally on this empty painting so they can hang it up as art.
